Roles & Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the design process for office interior and fit-out projects from concept to execution
2. Coordinate with clients to understand design briefs, space planning, and functional requirements
3. Prepare and review design concepts, mood boards, layouts, 3D visuals, and detailed drawings
4. Ensure designs comply with client standards, local regulations, and project budgets
5. Coordinate with estimation, project, and site teams for design feasibility and value engineering
6. Manage design approvals, revisions, and authority submissions where required
7. Supervise and guide designers, draftsmen, and external consultants
8. Ensure timely delivery of design packages aligned with project schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Proven experience as a Design Manager in office interior & fit-out projects
2. Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and fit-out construction methods
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D visualization tools, and presentation software
4. Excellent leadership, coordination, and client-facing skills
5. Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred
