About the Role

This role is a part-time or full-time position based in the Barossa Valley. Youll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with appointments, enquiries, and follow-ups. All while ensuring their pets receive the best care possible.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support, including bookings, insurance claims, prescriptions, client orders, and general enquiries
  • Managing phone lines and welcoming clients warmly and professionally
  • Maintaining the waiting room and merchandise displays
  • Assisting with patient follow-ups and client communications
  • Supporting the team to uphold our high standards of care and service
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems, client experience, and workflows
